You can then watch Robert’s short video and smell and explore the essential oils used in the Gumbel Aromatherapy System. Like the Worwood system, it is entirely based on essential oils. If you can, work with a partner and learn about their preferences.
You can go ahead and download your handout; you will need it to integrate the Gumbel system.
