Journaling Chapter 8
This is the long form, wish journaling sheet. You may use come back and use this after each wish if you find it helpful.
Say something to wish number one, knowing it is now alive.
You may use the dialogue techniques from earlier in the course, or picture it, as it wants to be seen.
What does your wish want from you to help manifest?
What do you need from your wish?
How can you keep this wish alive, vibrant and at the top of your mind?
Is your wish stated in positive language?
Is your wish clear and specific?
If you use a qualitative word like happy, what does this mean to you?
How will you know when you have the quality you wish for in your life?
Who else will your wish effect?
What will be different?
How will your body feel?
Where will you be?
Will it give you the outcome you are looking for?
Which of your Root Issues do you need to monitor to ensure they do not sabotage your wish? Some ideas to think about include-
Abandonment-
Be sure not to abandon actions steps that will give your wish momentum.
How might you monitor to be sure you keep supporting yourself?
Abuse or Neglect-
Are you creating conditions to ensure you are attending to your wish?
How are you speaking to yourself regarding your wish?
Mistrust-
Are you trusting yourself to carry out the steps necessary to manifest the wish?
Is there any piece of self you are mistrusting?
What is the consequence of this mistrust?
Exclusion- Are you allowing the pieces of you that will help this wish manifest be included? How are you handling your internal nay-sayer pieces?
Inner Authority-
When you think about putting your wish in action, which part of you, do you see being in charge of granting the wish and then maintaining the conditions it needs to survive?
Can you think of ways to support this central piece of yourself? (Journaling, voice dialogue))
Are there any polarities or old beliefs you would like to address internally to ensure all aspects of yourself are onboard with you receiving and keeping the benefits of this wish?
Are there any external authority figures in your life which may help manifest this wish?
Are there any outer authority figures who may try to sabotage or discourage you?
If so, do you have a plan?
Laugh, clap and encourage your wish into being.
Remember to believe in your wish and yourself!
Write down 1 or 2 lessons from this chapter you would like to include at the end of lessons action plan called My Wishes in Action.
