In which area of your life are you polarized and in pain?

What is the polarity?

How are you split?

How is this split harming your life, your friends, job or family?

Interview the two sides of your polarity. What is the old belief and old side saying and doing?

What is the new belief and attitude?

What else can you do to heal the split and become congruent in this place in your life?

Can you spot any other polarities that are manifesting?

If so jot them down here, at another time similarly tend to them.

Do you see any of your shadow as you speak to your old beliefs?

How can you best support yourself as you make this change?

Addictions-

We all have something to which we are vulnerable. Dependencies can be very elusive and destroy wishes and dreams if not dealt with.

What are you addicted to? (This may also include beliefs, behaviours and or substances). Remember wanting approval in itself is an addiction.

How are your addictions harming yourself and others?

How can you support yourself and get a grip on these addictions?

 

Why have your attempts at stopping these addictions failed in the past?

What issue do you need solved or looked at that is the bottom of this addictive pattern?

What new beliefs, behaviours, people or organizations can help you?

 

Is there a counsellor or therapist who you may trust to help?

Are you familiar with your Inner Critic?

How does your Inner Critic operate?

Have you witnessed it harming any of your dreams with doubt, shame or criticism?

What will you do to grant yourself good health?
