Art Therapy Approach-
There is another approach to working with your flower. Basically, we will talk to the flower that is drawn, listen to its response, and set up a dialogue. This is much like what we did when talking to pieces of our dream, with dreamwork. We are building a relationship with the flower we have drawn in this case, which might be viewed as an intimate symbol of ourselves.
Questions – Simple, but powerful.
What is your flower saying to you?
What do you say back to it?
How does it respond?
