We will focus on making Professional Products in the Practical Potions Advanced course. We will then emphasize weighing our product rather than using the volume-based measurements above. However, for our introductory program, which focuses on home recipes, these measurements will be less of an adjustment. However, we have put a few advanced formulas into this course for a challenge. Advanced Formulas will be in percentages, totalling 100. Ten grams will equal 10%. You will need a scale if you choose to make them.
Lotion Crafter has a convenient online calculator that allows easy measurement changes. Press the link for access. https://lotioncrafter.com/pages/calculators

Accessing and Using Your Practical Potions Journal-Interactive Downloads:
The download button at the bottom of this page will allow you to open the exercises in PDF form for your Practical Potions Journal.
To turn these files into journal pages you can write on, click on File” (top left on the menu bar) and then on “Save As.” This will create a dialogue box that allows you to change the file name if you want to. In most cases, this will not be necessary; you only need to click “Save.” Another dialogue box may appear, warning you that this file already exists and will be overwritten. The journal pages you “Save As” will appear in your document files under the name you saved it in. You can then create a folder (if you like) where you put all of the journal files. You may also print off the Practical Potion Journal PDFs and make a physical journal.
